Global Leaders in Zero Knowledge

Aztec’s renowned research team is the force behind PLONK, the lightning-fast standard in zero knowledge technologies. The team has brought multiple R&D breakthroughs to Layer 2 on Ethereum, and has deep experience of deploying complex cryptosystems to Web3.

Culture & remote work

We're a London-based team, but have embraced a remote-first culture - our team members live in the UK, Poland and India, and we're happy to hire in any timezone. The Londoners in the team meet in rotating locations in central London on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and quarterly offsites in the UK provide a great opportunity for us to talk about the things that excite us, reset our ambitions, and keep the team stitched together.
