Joe Andrews is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader, currently serving as the Co-founder and Head of Product at Aztec and Product Lead at CreditMint. He was a member of the EF9 Cohort at Entrepreneur First and co-founded Radish, a food delivery service that was later acquired by Tovala, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. Radish, which was featured in Forbes, Inc., Eater, Crain’s, and Thrillist, aimed to revolutionize food delivery. Prior to Radish, Joe was the Co-Founder and Lead Developer at Chefler, where he managed a team of developers and was responsible for the site’s infrastructure, backend API, automated payment collection, and order generation system. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from Imperial College London, with final year modules in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, and Computational Modeling among others.
